A Fox News contributor argued that Donald Trump has grounds to sue New York Attorney General Letitia James for civil rights violations based on comments she made while campaigning in 2018. A New York court had delayed Trump paying a $454 million civil fraud penalty from James' lawsuit and instructed him to pay a $175 million bond while appealing.
