A federal appeals court has supported election integrity experts' request for signatures from voters to be mandatory for Pennsylvania to expand mail-in voting access.

The U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, with a 2-1 decision by three Democrat-appointed judges, ruled in favor of the Republican National Committee's argument that mail-in ballots without dates or with incorrect dates should not be included in Election Day totals.
